Our story
A stint in the Pharma sector allowed me to gain expertise in general & genetic toxicology. At Abbott Nutrition Medical Safety and Regulatory departments really allowed me to excel in the area of food additives, ingredient and food safety for infant – adult products.
As a consulting scientific and regulatory food safety toxicologist, it has been a full circle from where I started in the field of agriculture. All the years of research work has been very fulfilling culminating in helping clients develop innovative products with novel ingredients making sure a pre-market authorisation is obtained through the GRAS process so it is safe and compliant with regulations.
